Benefits of Our Meal:
Quinoa is a good source of plant protein and fiber
Contains nine amino acids
Contains anti-inflammatory properties
Vegetable broth is vitamin and mineral rich, and good for gut health
What You Will Need:
2 Cups Quinoa
2 tablespoon butter
4-6 teaspoon Simply Organic Garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
4 Cups Vegetable broth
1 Cucumber
How To Make:
Put the quinoa, garlic powder, butter, and salt in the pan
Add the vegetable broth
Bring the mixture to a boil and cover
Simmer it until it's fluffy
Fluff with a fork
Chop cucumber into small 1/8 slices and place on top of Quinoa and serve
Cronometer:
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until butter has melted. Cover and reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid, take off the heat and fluff with a fork. Let stand for 5 minutes, while slicing one cucumber into quadrants for side, then serve.
