This is for 2 pizzas












Introduction to the recipe: 

We picked to make a pizza because it is quick and easy to make. It takes around 10-15 minutes and doesn't take a lot of ingredients to make the dish so it's going to be cost-friendly too. Pizza is also incredibly versatile and can be customized to suit individual preferences. Pizza is also a satisfying and filling meal that can easily satisfy hunger cravings. The combination of carbohydrates, protein, and fats in pizza can help keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer periods.

Vitamins & Minerals:

Spinach is a good source of Magnesium and Potassium. Magnesium helps with energy production, muscle function, and bone health and Potassium helps regulate fluid balance, muscle contractions, and blood pressure.

 Spinach is also a good source of vitamin C, an antioxidant that supports immune function, collagen production, and wound healing. Mushrooms are a good source of selenium and B vitamins. Selenium is an antioxidant mineral that helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals and supports thyroid function. B vitamins, including riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), and biotin (B7). These vitamins play essential roles in energy metabolism, nervous system function, and skin health. Pepperoni is a good source of protein, which is important for building and repairing tissues, as well as supporting immune function and enzyme production. Because we have turkey pepperoni it has 65% less fat and 25% less sodium.

 Ingredients:


2 cups Spinach

3 oz chopped Wegmans Whole Baby Bella mushrooms

 4 garlic cloves, minced

 2 Boboli Pizza crust, original

 0.67 cups Classico pasta sauce four cheese

 2 Oz Wegmans Sliced Pepperoni, Turkey

 8 Oz Wegmans Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

 2 tbsp Miss Dash salt free Italian seasoning

 1 tbsp crushed red pepper

Process:

prepare ingredients  

Spread sauce on the pizza crust

Put cheese on top

Spread toppings on top of pizza

Put a little more cheese on the top


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F

  2. Spread sauce over the pizza crust

  3. spread cheese

  4. Sprinkle toppings and seasonings on pizza

  5. spread more cheese on top

  6. Place in oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until pizza crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
