The meal that dates back in time and is a common meal in United States. For me it is a meal that brings back happy memories and great family time. Over the years my family have created this iconic dish so many times, but it was most memorable when it came to those special occasions. Great smell of grill burning to warm up, kids screaming, and lots of laugh is what come to me when i created this meal. Normally it is not this plain but was still enjoyable. But making homemade fries was something new and exciting to me, hopefully soon I can master the technique or at least make better fries soon.
The modified burger was very interesting to me. I created the burger by cutting the the fat and saturated fats by 50 percentage and more. The burger taste was good but original was better to me. The extra fat created more flavor and better balance inside the beef patty. But the changes that were made to meal were very simple. I cut the fat in the meal by one deleting all oil from both recipes. I can create this step because I cook the burger on the grill instead of in a pan with oils that have decent amount of fats in them . The fries were put into the Air Fryer to cook them with warm air circulation instead of hot oil. The colors are little different but still air fryer created them to be crispy on the outside and still warm and soft on the inside. The meat was substituted with 93% meat and 7% fat instead of the 80/20 hamburger meat.
This modification was picked due to my family history with heart disease and cardiovascular. I chose this because I would like to find ways to make healthier food that will still taste like nothing was modified. As making this I can see great future with this idea and more recipes I would like to test out. But this is all the lower the risk of any heart damage or disease that might active later in life due to my family history.
Here is the food prepared and ready to be cooked.
